What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us when you make an enquiry, through the contact form, email, WhatsApp or a phone call:

• your name, phone number and, if you give it, your company name;
• details of your requirement, such as the type of space, city or area, approximate size and any notes you add.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and does not ask for sensitive information such as passwords, financial details or identity documents. Please do not send us such information through the form.

How the contact form works

The form does not store or send your details by itself. When you press Send, it opens your own email app or WhatsApp with a message already written. We receive your details only if you send that message.

Why we use it

We use your information only to:

• respond to your enquiry and understand your real estate requirement;
• identify suitable options and follow up with you about that requirement;
• keep a record of our communication with you;
• comply with applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send you marketing messages unrelated to your enquiry without your consent.

Consent

By sending us your details, you consent to us using them for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see below). Withdrawal does not affect anything we did before it, but we may then be unable to continue helping with your requirement.

Who we share it with

We share your information only where needed to handle your enquiry:

• with property owners, landlords or their representatives, to the extent needed to take your requirement forward, and only with your agreement;
• with the service providers we use to communicate and run this website: our email provider (GoDaddy), WhatsApp (Meta) and our website host (Google Firebase Hosting), which may process data on servers outside India;
• with government authorities or others where the law requires it.

Our website host may process technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the website and keep it secure.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails, WhatsApp chats and related records for three (3) years from our last communication with you, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete them sooner (see “Your rights”).

How we protect it

We take reasonable security measures to protect your information, including limiting access to the staff who handle your enquiry. This website is served only over a secure (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly if a problem occurs.

Your rights

Under Indian data protection law, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• delete it, unless we need to keep it by law;
• stop using it, by withdrawing your consent;
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.

To make a request, contact our Grievance Officer below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This website and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Links to other websites

This website links to services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
